April Pink Full Moon

April's full moon occurs at 8:22 pm EST on Saturday, April 12th

It is at its furthest distance from the earth so it doesn't appear as large as other moons

It's time we reflect on the changes we established during the spring Equinox and see where some of our values can be shifted just a bit to get the most out of our intentions.

In Libra, this full moon brings us balance, justice and harmony.

Also, this moon is part of how Easter is determined (the Paschal moon): the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring Equinox. It's confusing for sure.

April's pink full moon is a beautiful sight

Even though the micromoon is at its furthest twilight

Sometimes frog, sometimes loon,

sometimes thundering, it also the Paschal moon.

Alongside the fresh blossoms of the pretty pink phlox

And the renewal you pledged at the Spring Equinox

This pink moon will shine and help bring forth

That which needs balance, harmony and a new course.

Contemplate the blossoming of all your new beginnings
